Canadian Teacher, Forced out by
Wi-Fi, Goes on
Warpath
In light of recent
developments in
the east, with two Ontario unions requesting that Wi-Fi be
removed from their
schools due to teachers who are developing EHS symptoms and
the subsequent lift
of the media blackout here in the west (the Vancouver Sun and
The Province
covered the Ontario story after years of ignoring Wi-Fi issues
and Resolutions
against its use here within the BCTF), it seems a fitting time
to send my
article to our local media, outlining my recent lengthy battle
with the school
board regarding strong Wi-Fi systems in our district.
The Mayor of Haifa, Israel,
ordered to disconnect
Wi-Fi in schools and Kindergartens.
“The education
system in Haifa is
full of network computers and new advanced technological
systems. However,
regarding anything that relates to
our children, if there is doubt-there is no doubt. We must take excessive
precaution.”
Italian town shuts down Wi-Fi over
health fears –

Mayor Livio Tola
told the town's
high school and elementary school to return to using cables
to connect to the
internet after reading that the electromagnetic waves given
off by wireless
routers were especially harmful to young children. “It's not that we're
against technology, our
choice is merely a precautionary measure,” La
Stampa
reported the mayor as saying.

Four children,
aged between five and
10, at the Garcia Quintana primary school have been
diagnosed with cancer since
36 powerful transmitters were installed 18 months ago on a
building 50 meters
away.

When an iPad’s
Wi-Fi is turned on,
it emits a burst of microwave radiation approximately every
four seconds. That
makes 900 blasts per hour in the child’s hands, on their
lap, or at their face
and does not include any additional data signals resulting
from uploading and
downloading activities. The beacon signal from the iPad
occurs every 4 seconds
even when the user is not accessing the Internet. In other
words, even if a
child is only drawing or playing games, they will still
receive 900 bursts of
microwave radiation an hour as long as the Wi-Fi antenna is
left ‘On.’

Microwave radio
frequencies have
been known for several decades as being toxic! WHO has
mandated 60 scientists
and issued a 40 reports book showing this toxicity back in
1974. It is called: Biologic
Effects and Health Hazards of Microwave Radiation – WHO
International Symposium
Research Agreement No. 05-609-04 – 1974.
It is very symptomatic that this document does not
show on the WHO
website today, isn't it?
